I’m a 23-year old female graduate student in the Neuroscience program at UVa. I’m looking for a roommate or two to sign a lease with me at a new place. I’m most interested in living in Cambridge Square or Ash Tree Townhomes so I can take advantage of the fenced patio. I have a small, older dog (Chihuahua mix) who is friendly with other small dogs and cats (house-trained). Ideal roommate would be another graduate student or young professional. Clean, on the quieter/more focused side, non-heavy partier. Male or female roommate is okay, but I’d prefer a female. My current lease ends in July 2018, so the place would need to have a lease start date around that time.
