I have a 2 bedroom – 2 bath apartment in Preston Square and need a roommate starting September 1st. It might be possible to move in earlier if you are looking to move before the semester starts. Rent will be $575 a month for a 10×11 bedroom and hall bathroom. See my housing search page for more info about the place. The bedroom is 10×11 with a large closet and a hall bathroom. The apartment is on the first floor with a large patio. The kitchen and living area is already furnished, so you would just need to furnish your bedroom. Preston Square is just a 20 min walk to campus, and is right on the Inner Loop and Outer Loop bus lines, as well as a city bus line.

The kitchen and living area have laminate hardwood floors, with all new appliances. There is a washer and dryer unit in the hallway, along with two storage closets. Additionally, there is a closet right at the front door large enough to store bikes, boxes, and other large items.

I am looking for a very clean and neat, female graduate student or professional to fill this room.
