I’m currently living at Ashtree Townhouses on Madison Avenue, in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse and both my roommates are moving out at the end of June. I would like to continue staying here, so I would like to find 2 new female roommates. If lease is signed by December 18th, rent is $1575 per month, (can be equally divided or the one with master bedroom pays slightly more). If signed later, rent is $1650.
