Looking for a roommate for a 2 Bed/ 2 Bath at Rugby McIntyre. Rent is $1830 in total (around $915 per person) and includes water and trash, but does not include electric. A parking spot comes with the unit, a parking sticker would just need to be purchased for a one time fee. There is a laundry room on the ground floor (same floor as the unit), and a mailroom on the first floor.

I have a medium sized golden retriever service dog who is incredibly friendly.
Lease starts in July.
