The apartment is a 15-minute walk to Central Grounds or 7-minute bus to Alderman Library. No utilities included, but they’re on the affordable side, $90-125/month (split 50-50). $200 deposit, application fee and restoration charge possible. Rent is $650/month out of a total $1395/month since the available bedroom is the smaller of the two (plenty of space for a queen bed and a desk, though). Roommate is a male working for UVA libraries.
