I’m a grad student looking for another grad student/professional roommate for a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Preston Square. The apartment is furnished, except the second bedroom. Rent is $615 plus utilities/internet. The apartment has a washer, dryer, and a dishwasher. I have a tv and cable. If you have cats that’s fine, but no dogs please. I don’t have any pets.

I’m very clean, a vegetarian, and I love to cook and bake, so it would be great if that worked with your lifestyle.
