I live in a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment at Ash Tree with one roommate who is a UVA fourth year student. I will be leaving UVA in a few days and am looking for someone to move in and take over the lease which runs until 6/11/19. October rent is paid and I will be leaving by October 15th. You can move in anytime after that and then pay November rent! Rent is $690 per month, and I pay $50-60 on average in utilities each month.

I am looking for someone who could move in and take over the lease. I am open to subleasing for a little bit and then doing a lease takeover for the spring 2019 semester.

I am open to selling my furniture (bed frame, box spring, and desk) to whoever moves in.

The apartment is quiet, clean, and comfortable! The roommate you would be moving in with is a fourth year female UVA student who is quiet and considerate!
