  Looking for a roommate for the 2016-2017 academic year. Lease begins July 1st, 2016. Room for rent is 130 sq. feet. Apartment has two floors, and is 1400 sq. feet. total.
  
  Unit Facts
  The unit is a 3 bedroom/1.5 bathroom 2-story townhouse. Rent will be $550/month. Utilities will be split 3 ways, and usually come out to be somewhere around $75/month per person.
  
  Desired Room Mate Qualities
  Looking for a room mate that is clean, courteous/respectful, etc. We’re looking for someone who wouldn’t mind being relatively quiet. Having friends hangout at the townhouse on occasion is fine, but we can’t have any party animals.
  
  A Little About Me/My Room Mate
  Two guys currently living here. Typical guys who like sports, working out, TV, etc. Both 23, one is a med student, the other is working full-time.
