My roommate and I are looking to fill up an empty room for this Spring semester in a 3 bedrooms townhouse (Cambridge Square) on 14th, past Venable. The house is right across from an OL/IL bus stop; ten minutes walking distance from the corner. The room is the most spacious one in the house, nothing wrong with it, our former roommate just dropped out of school.

Rent is $525/month, utilities not included. They average another $25-30/month. Free Internet and parking.

You can move in whenever you want after December 15th. If you wish to move in before the end of the month, we would of course not charge you rent for December.
