I live in Oxford Hill, which is about a 15 minute walk to campus and is also right next to a bus stop that takes you to UVa, using either the inner or outer loop bus. Oxford Hill also has a gym, a clubhouse, and a pool you can use for free. It has a parking lot that is free for residents.

My room is available now, and rent is already paid for January, so that would be an added bonus for you. It could come furnished if you like, or I could move my furniture out. I own two book shelves, a bed, and a desk. The closet is quite spacious as well.

There are two girls living in the apartment. One is a first year grad student in Russian Literature and the other is a high school teacher.
