Hey y’all! I am looking to fill one bedroom in my apartment in the pointe (230 15th street nw)! I am currently a 3rd year undergrad at UVA. The apartment is mostly furnished and you’d have your own bedroom and bathroom! There is laundry right in the apartment and a nice balcony. It’s right behind the corner, so great location and right across the street from Grandmarc! The rent is 850 a month (though I can be negotiable with this!)
