  I am looking to find a subletter for the summer of 2016 (ideal for summer sessions 2&3)! It is a beautiful apartment in the Wellington Court Apartments. Located on the corner of 11th and John Street, it is an amazing location for any summer student or intern in Charlottesville. It is just a short walk to all academic buildings, and it is very near to the Corner! You would have a large (unfurnished) room and would share the apartment (kitchen, living room, dining room, full size bathroom & half bathroom, porch and all other common spaces) with two other female roommates.
  
  This room is available between June 18 and mid-August. Rent is usually $700 per month but lowering it to $500/month for the summer.
