Hi everyone, I’m looking to sublet my room in a 2-bed, 1.5-bath townhouse in the Ash Tree neighborhood for June and July of 2023. We have a small, fenced-in backyard, brick fireplace, and a large living-dining space. You’d be sharing the house with my current roommate, a 27 year old nurse at UVA, and her cat, Nemo. Rent & utilities are about $850 per month. Additional costs include a one-time $250 subletters fee, electricity (normally $15/ month), and internet (normally $20/ month).
