  Hello,
  I am looking for someone to take over my lease for 1 room(1 bed) in a 2bed/1bath apartment in Oxford Hill (744 Madison Avenue, Unit B). Monthly rent is $825/bedroom including utilities (except internet and electricity). Bus and shuttle services to UVA campus and grocery stores are at the doorstep. You can move in immediately and the lease ends in July 2025. The place is quiet and peaceful.

  Do you currently have a roommate? If so, male or female? I am off for the semester but am looking for housing now and for the summer session.
