Hi! I am looking to sublet my room in a 2-bedroom apartment in Cambridge Square on 14th Street/Madison Ave. I am looking for a fairly tidy subletter to live with my current roommate. I could have the apartment available as early as late December. The lease runs until June 24th and June is paid for! I am asking for a reduced rate at $480 + utilities for January through May.
