Hello! I am looking to sublet my apartment for the coming Spring 2017 semester. The apartment is at 415 Brandon, apt 1. It houses two people.

The apartment itself is incredibly convenient; its location is right next to Nau Hall and across from New Cabell, Wilson, and the comm school. Walking through the comm school, the Corner is less than a 10 minute walk. Walking to your friends near Beta on Rugby (or a comparable location at a comparable distance) is around a 15 minute walk. The AFC, cutting past JPA up university, is also less than a 10 minute walk. If you don’t like walking, there are inner loop and outer loop (as well as hospital) buses right at the opening of Brandon to JPA. There is also space to park your bike, or if you have a car, you can get parking for $45/month.
You would be living in the larger of the two rooms and you are free to use my bed & desk or bring in your own. Rent is around $566.56/month, not including wifi and electricity. We use an xfinifty hotspot so we don’t pay for wifi, but electricity is around ~$19/person. There is a utility fee included in rent that pays for other utilities. There is central heating and AC units in each room.
