  I have signed a lease for a 2 bedroom/2 bath on Preston Ave and I need someone to take over my lease. I have a roommate who is 19 and a male. The rent is a little over $600 a month. I would really like to move out as soon as possible. If you’re interested email me at [email protected]. Also if you need to switch leases I might be up for that. Thanks.

    The rent is due on the first of each month and the utilities are not included. The lease is from June 30, 2015 to June 22, 2016 however I already paid for June and July. Is there anything else you would like to know? If so let me know
