I am currently in a 4 bedroom on Cabell Ave and looking for somebody to sublet for the 2019 fall semester. The rent is 510 plus 50 dollars in utility fees that cover everything except wifi. The house is mixed men and women, but everybody has their own rooms. It would be fully furnished with a bed frame, desk, and shelving unit. The closet is large enough to fit a lot of clothes and it has shelves for additional clothing with plenty of floor space for storage bins and other items. The kitchen has new utilities, including the fridge and gas stove. This would be ideal for somebody planning on studying abroad in the spring semester.
