  Lease starts in June/July. Let me know if you’re interested. Rent is $872.5. Electric and internet is separate. Internet is $19.99/month. Electric is about $40-50/month. Parking is available. One time $50 fee for a parking pass that covers the entire year. Apartment is fully furnished apart from the bedroom. You will have your own bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit. The place is pet friendly. A little about me. I graduated from VT, I currently work at a lab at UVA and am 26 so would like to have a roommate that is also a young professional.
