Rent is $535 a month, bills are never much more than $100.

Initial lease expires July 1 2017, but there is the potential to sign on for longer.

Apartment is shared with one cat and one snake.

Female preferred, but anyone would be considered if they seemed like the right fit. (Remaining roommate is a woman.)

Security deposit is paid, but first and last month’s rent would be required.
