Hi! I’m a 24 year old at UVA looking for a roommate to share a townhouse at Cambridge Square. Roommate would preferably be a female undergrad or grad student, but I’m openminded and males and young professionals would definitely be considered. Good vibes are a must; I’m looking for a good match as much as someone who can meet rent– which is 575 before utilities. The bedrooms feature spacious closets and this is a recently renovated apartment so it looks and feels new overall. There is no lack of parking and you’ll be conveniently located at a midpoint between Barracks, UVA, and Downtown. I may be adopting a dog so roomie would have to be cool with that, and if you have a dog there’s a fenced-in patio and community dog run so you’d be set.

Ideal roommate would be reasonably quiet and neat. Fun-loving certainly does not hurt but I’m not planning on throwing any ragers; small gatherings for drinks with friends are cool, however.
