This is Monica with MSC, we currently have a three bedroom, 2 bathroom with den at our Pointe community. We have two people who want to sign for this apartment, but they need two other roommates. The original price was $3100, but we recently reduced the price to $2700, which means if there are four of you in the apartment, it would be $625 per person. The apartment is a 5-10 minute walk to the UVA hospital, and there is also the bus system right outside of the community that will get you to the hospital in two minutes.
