I am living in the Fred this upcoming school year (2020-2021) and am suddenly in need of a fourth roommate. The Fred is 4 bed 2 bath and our rent is about $750 a month. All three of us will be second years but the only thing we are looking for in a roommate is one who can pay rent. Our fourth roommate was suddenly unable to live with us so we are in a bit of a bind right now. If you choose to live with us you would have your own room and share a bathroom with one other person, washer and dryer are included as is a full kitchen and there is a small back deck as well.
