I am looking for a female to sublease my room at Ash Tree Apartments for June and July of 2015 (Dates can be discussed further). I live with two awesome female roommates! One is a 4th year medical student and the other is a UVA grad who works in the area. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I have my own bedroom and share a bathroom with one of my roommates. The rent is $528 a month plus utilities, which is usually no more that $600 a month. The apartment complex has onsite parking, street parking, a pool, and is a short walk to the MSC Madhouse.
