  I’m a grad student at UVA who needs a place to stay over the summer after my current lease ends June 10th. I would prefer something from ~June 1st through the end of August. Please let me know if you have a 1- or 2-bedroom apartment that will be available over the summer. Thanks!

  Are you still looking for a place? Your time works perfectly for my apartment…I live in Oxford Hills and my apartment will be available from May 15-August 7. Rent is $450 plus electricity and cable, which usually totals around $50 per person (there is one other roommate-also a UVA student). Email me at [email protected] if you are interested!

  I have a one bedroom, one bath apartment at 1821 JPA. The lease is from June 6th- July 21st which I realize is shy of your date range, but I thought I would throw it out there. It rents for 900/month but I would be very willing to negotiate on that!
