hi all! my partner and i are currently looking for a roomie for the 2023-2024 school year. we live in a 3 bedroom/1.5 bath townhome on madison avenue.

i (jensyn) will be a grad student at the ed school and jenna is a nursing major! we like a clean space and don’t go out a ton, but we don’t mind if you do. we also like to have get togethers with friends and binge-watch tv shows or movies lol.

we’re looking for someone who is clean, queer-friendly, and pet-friendly (we have a medium-sized dog)! the room available is the biggest of the three, and the rent would be about $775/month including utilities. it has a really cute outdoor space and is pretty much completely furnished (except for the available room) with a washer and dryer in-unit. approximate move-in is june 19, 2023!
