      Hello!

      I’m moving to Charlottesville in a few months for a postbac premedical program beginning this summer. I’ll be starting a year-long lease on 16 July but will be arriving on 10 June to begin my program. I am looking for a place to sublet near campus from about 10 June to 16 July when my lease begins. I am clean, friendly, and studious and am pretty flexible in terms of location and living conditions. Please feel free to message or send me an email if you are looking for a subletter.

      Hey! My apartment at 419 Brandon avenue is free till July 7th if that helps at all. I have roommate (sharing the room), but she might be in and out. It’ll be around $300 for one month with all the utilities included. It’s a great location with bus stops nearby – only a 5 minute walk to the Corner, South Lawn, New Cabel, Nursing School, and Wilson Hall. Please feel free to e-mail me at sj6hj.

      Hi Stacia,

      I have a 2 bedrooms apartment near Medical campus and will have 1 room available during the time you need. The bus university stop is right in front of the property so you don’t have to worry about transportation if you need to go to the hospital every day.       Hi Stacia,
      I have a bedroom available from late May to July 22nd. It is in a two bedroom apartment in Oxford Hill Apartments with a great roommate who is an architecture student. I know many other medical students who live in the complex and its neighbors. Its a 10 minute walk away from the Corner and hospital as well as there are multiple bus stops in the area. Base rent is $530 which includes everything but electricity(~$35) and Wi-Fi ($30). Feel free to contact me if interested. My email is [email protected].
