      Hi,
      I am a graduate student in School of Medicine. I am looking for a female roommate to share a 2BR, 1.5Bath townhome at Cambridge Square. Rent is $585, water/sewer/trash about $35, plus half electric and internet bill. My current roommate should be moving out early June. Please contact me if you are interested.

      Hi Bailey,

      I am still looking for a roommate! Unfortunately, my apartment is a partial remodel and does not have a washer and dryer in the unit. The laundry facility is located in the building across from us.

      How early in June is your current roommate moving out? And how much do monthly utilities usually run?

      Hi Bailey,

      Can’t say how early she will be leaving. She is shopping around for a place with some friends, and one of them has to move out of their place by May, so my roommate could be out in early June. It is not finalized yet. Utilities run about $100 a month for each person, and that includes water, sewer, trash, electric, and internet/cable. In the summer it goes up because it cost more to cool the place as opposed to heating it.
