  I am looking for a 1BR just for myself starting this June. I would prefer not shared but sharing is ok as long as the roommate(s) are not too intrusive. I am a medical graduate and am looking a place to study for the medical boards.

  I have 2 rooms to sublet in a 3BR/2BA w/parking at 516 Brandon Avenue. Each room rents for $433 + utilities. Water, trash, internet already included.
  It is the best location, literally just steps to UVA Hospital/Med school/Nursing/Commerce/Corner!
  Or you can share the apt w/ only one roommate for $655 + utilities.
