My roommate and I are both going abroad in the Spring and are looking for a group of people to take over our apartment while we are gone. We are hoping to add names to our lease for the Spring and Summer of 2023 (beginning in January until the end of July) for our 2 bed 1 bath apartment on Chancellor St. This is a great opportunity for anyone studying abroad this fall, any transfer students, or anyone hoping for a change in their housing for the coming Spring. Rent for the apartment is $1650 per month and includes 2 parking spaces, a washer and dryer, and maintenance. The apartment did not come furnished, but we are willing to leave most of our furniture for the Spring, just let us know what works for you!
