I have a 3-bedroom apartment in the Pointe for the upcoming year! Looking to fill 2 rooms, they each have a private bathroom! The main area is already all furnished, etc as I live there this year. It has laundry and a private balcony. Great location right behind the corner! The rent is 968 a month plus utilities, but each are double occupancy rooms so could share a room making the rent only about 485 a month! So looking for 2 people (but up to 6!)

Also open to have a group of people just take over the lease entirely!
