  Hi everyone,
  
  I and my friend are looking for 1 more roommate to share a 3bed/1.5 bath apartment in Oxford Hill. The place is close to UVA and has good reviews. Monthly rent would be $650/bedroom including utilities (electricity and internet costs extra). It’s a 12 months lease starting from 25th July, 2024.     Unfortunately we’re not looking for a roommate anymore since we signed a lease for a 2 bed apartment.
