My partner and I signed a lease for a 1BR/1BA apartment (800 sqft) at the 12 Twelve for the next school year (August 6th, 12-month lease) but unfortunately will not be able to live there because I have to move from Cville. We’re looking for an individual or couple to transfer our lease to. The unit is on the 3rd floor, corner room (more windows!) and has a small balcony.
