You would be joining my second-year medical student roommate. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with an in-unit washer/dryer, heating/AC, fireplace, full kitchen with updated appliances, covered balcony, and clubhouse access with a gym, printers, study spaces, and swimming pool. Parking is available, and work orders are fulfilled within 48 hours. I pay $900/month and an additional $80 for utilities (electricity and wifi). The bus stop at the top of the hill on Madison Avenue allows for a quick ride to the medical school and hospital.
