Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Rugby McIntyre for the Spring 2023 semester! It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and my portion of the lease is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. There are two other 3rd year female students currently living in the apartment so I am looking for a female student to fill my portion of the lease. The base rent is 833/month plus a $90 utility fee which is split amongst the roommates. Please reach out with any questions!
