  Looking for a lease takeover for an efficiency unit at Rugby McIntyre Apartments beginning in December. Lease ends July 2017.
  
  Rent is $760 with water, trash removal, and parking included.

  Hey girl! I am VERY interested! I got a job here in Charlottesville and I am looking to move here next month after graduation. When will your apartment be available?   The apartment will be available by mid-December. What’s a potential move-in date for you?
  
  More apartment details:
  It’s about 333 sq ft and it has a full kitchen with all the major appliances. There’s a large walk-in closet and bathroom. The apartment can come furnished if you’d like.
