      Hi,

      Me and my friend are currently renting an apartment in Rugby McIntyre apartments, but we are planning on moving out in March 2017. The lease ends in the end of June 2017 so we are looking for someone to take over our lease. The apartment is cute, 2BR 1 bathroom, very sunny, ground floor. Walking (15min) distance to UVA health system, Barracks and particularly everywhere. Price is 630$/ bedroom + utilities(aprx 20$). We can leave mattresses, sofa, table and all kitchen appliances.
