Looking for a female to take my spot on a 2022-23 JPA lease (Carrollton Terrace, 4 bed, 2 bath). You’ll have 3 other roommates (all girls – 2 fourth year Comm students and 1 third year BME) and a single bedroom. The bedrooms are spacious with large closets, and the unit has a balcony off the living room. There is in-unit laundry + the location is a short walk to the Eschool and an orange line bus stop. Parking garage is under the building too. The lease starts in June (12 month) and is $812 a month.
