I have a room available for sublet for 2022-3! It’s in the Cambridge Square Apartment complex close to UVa in a townhouse style building. The apartment is two floors with a fenced in backyard, inhouse washer/dryer, and access to a pool. Rent is $700 a month, not including electricity and wifi. You’d be able to move in in August and the lease term ends in June 2023. The location is close to UVa but also fairly central to downtown. The other rooms are occupied by two female graduate students, so a female roommate is preferred! Parking is off street and is right across the street from a Orange and Green line bus stop.
