Hi everyone! I’m looking for a person who can take over my lease at 114 Carrollton Terrace (JPA) in August 2022. This is a 2B/1BR apartment and the bedrooms are doubles, so you will have to share the apartment with three other undergrad upperclassmen girls. The apartment is fully furnished but you will have to provide your own room furniture. The kitchen, living room area, and the room that I’m leasing are very spacious. The apartment has a lot of natural lighting as well.

Rent is $490/month
Utilities (water, sewage, trash) and internet are included in rent, $15-25 monthly for electricity
Balcony
In-unit washer and dryer
Garage parking pass costs $60/month (first-come-first-serve basis, will be split to $30)
Close access to UVA orange line bus stop (<5 min walk)
