Hi! I’m planning to move out of my apartment and am looking for someone to take my place on the lease. Property is Ash Tree Apartments (619B Madison Ave),and the apartment is 2 Bedroom, 1 bath. Includes Kitchen and decently sized living area. Monthly rent is $1440, however I am the only one moving out so rent is about half of that or less (I have the smaller room so rent would be less then my roommate who has the larger room).
