Hello! I had an unexpected event come up and I’m moving away from Charlottesville. The base rate is $2,525 (divided by three people, ~$842). This is a three-bedroom, two-bath unit (unit 606C) with two male roommates. Both roommates are easygoing, and not too much of a socialite. Most utilities are included in the rent, except for water and wifi (Which is ~$80 a month, or ~$27 per person). Both roommates are in their third (undergraduate) year at UVA. There is an in-unit washer & dryer, full kitchen, fireplace, AC, heat, & pool access. We picked this unit because it was on a quieter street with parking lot access.
