Hi I am a UVA student looking for someone to take over my lease at GrandMarc because my living situation has changed for next year! The lease runs from August 23, 2019–July 21, 2020. It’s a 2×2 single occupancy lease (meaning 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms in the unit). The leasing is on an individual basis, so if you do not have a roommate or you and a friend are looking to live together, this is a great option as both of the units are available for takeover.
