  I’m looking for someone to takeover my lease for spring semester. It can be furnished or unfurnished. Very close to McIntire SchooL and UVA HOSPITAL. Address is 417 Brandon Avenue Apt# 1. Willing to reduce the rent and flexible with a May 31 move out or stay to end of lease which is June 9. Current Rent is $930 per month. Gas AND water Included just pay electric. Asking $830 per month. Apartment will be professionally cleaned for takeover. Please contact me via email or cell #.

  Hi Carol, I am a graduate student in Environmental Sciences moving to Charlottesville this January. I am looking for either a lease takeover or a sublet.
