My name is Chante. I am looking for a female to take over my lease for the rest of the leasing period. It is in the 400 Brandon Ave apartments. Rent is $363 w/o utilities. I have a parking pass that I would be willing to transfer over to you if the leasing office allows for the price of its remaining value. Nau Hall is basically your back yard so walking to UVA is no problem and the Hospital is a 1 minute walk away! It’s a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. Two of the three spots are occupied by two great girls. The vacancy is in the bigger-shared room in the apartment. The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas-stove, microwave, and refrigerator. You could move-in as soon as October 15th or November 1st, whichever is more convenient. I would take care of your application fee and the name change fee which totals to about $110 that you wouldn’t have to worry about.
I would even consider it if you just need a place until January, or you are just interested in moving-in for the Spring semester. I just wouldn’t pay for the fees for the former.
