  Available bedroom! 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment (currently housing two handsome gentlemen). In desperate need of a third person! We are very clean and normal individuals. Rent would be $450 per month (including utilities – excluding electric). The lease started July 30th and lasts through July of next year, however, MSC has already assured us that we can add one more person to the lease no problem.   Have you found an additional housemate yet? I’m currently looking for a place at MSC and am interested in signing a lease as soon as possible! I’m staying with friends at the moment and commuting to work.
  
  Let me know when you get a chance! I’m a young professional in my 20s, clean, responsible, laid back, etc. I don’t smoke, I love to cook, paint, and hike. I work near Barracks Rd, so I’ll be gone most of the weekdays 8:30-5pm.
