It’s a 2 room, 1 bath with kitchen and family room. Located at Oxford Hill, on the corner of Preston and Madison (14th Street). The apartment complex also includes a gym, pool, and laundromat. It’s right near the bus stops for the Inner Loop, Outer Loop, and Route 8.

Rent is $1068 a month.

Dates are flexible. Could move in sometime this summer and lease would last through next summer.
