I am looking for preferably a male apartmentmate for the 2bed/1bath apartment in Oxford Hill (760 Madison Avenue, Apt A). Monthly rent is $850/bedroom including utilities (except internet and electricity). Bus and shuttle services to UVA campus and grocery stores, are at the doorstep. I’m a physics PhD student who likes to keep to himself. I prefer someone tidy, can split household chores, and is respectful! The lease starts in July 2025 ends in July 2026.
