Hello!
I’m coming back from a year of medical leave so all my friends already graduated ahh!! I’m looking for a one bedroom house or a house with a bedroom I can rent with a nice grassy area outside for my two emotional support animals. They are two small very friendly puppies:) Most leases don’t start until late summer but summer classes start mid May. Anybody need somebody to take over their lease starting in May (then I can release for the next year) or looking for a roommate starting in May?

Dear Nicole,
If you haven’t found anything yet, you should check out my place on Brandon Ave. Pet-friendly. I am moving out in May. Let me know if you are interested in taking over the lease. It is just under $900 a month. I put up an AD with more details.

Hi, Nicole,
I’m looking for someone to take over my 1bed/1bath apartment at Cambridge House, if you’re still looking! It’s pet friendly and is connected to grassy areas. It’s also right across from Booker T. Washington Park. I re-signed my lease for the 2016-2017 year (lease ends in July 2017) before a new job came up, so I need someone to take over my lease ASAP.
The base rent is $790, water is included and there would be a separate pet fee. Let me know if you’re interested!

hi,
Hello,
I’m interested in your apartment in Charlottesville. I have gained admission to study PhD in Civil engineering at the University of Virginia, in the Fall- August, 2016 and I will be staying in Charlottesville for more than 4 years. I am therefore searching for an apartment with kitchen and living room to rent. It could be furnished or unfurnished. The apartment can be 15-20 minutes drive by car from the UVA school of engineering. Please, I will be glad if you can send me current availability and additional details (such as pictures, floor plan, etc…) as well as rates. Can you help me, please?
Thanks.
