  My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate for our Woodrow townhouse for the 2018-2019 school year. The rent plus utilities are about 810 a month. It’s a pretty central location near the Stadium and JPA. It’s 3 bedrooms 1 bath, a huge living/dining area plus a washer and dryer. My roommate might be studying abroad in the fall so it could potentially be a 2 bed 1 bath.
